My navy 25 cm arrived in pristine condition. The leather is soft and smooth. The only thing I would say is that I wish the handbag had grommets and an adjustable shoulder strap with hardware clips to attach to the bag. My first handbag that I purchased from the company had that and I believe it is more secure. However, I am pleased with my purchase. Also, the customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond.

I love my black Sophie bag. The size 30cm is great. The only thing that I would change is the shoulder strap. I wish it were a bit longer and adjustable.

The colors of our handbags are 100% true to what's displayed on our website's product images. We take great care to ensure that the colors depicted online accurately represent the actual colors of our handbags.
